Diana Vassileva is part of the Concordia Foundation team. The Foundation works in support of children, youth and families in difficult situations, providing a range of social services. A team of more than 100 administrative staff works every day to ensure that people seeking support find the right path to it. The Foundation's approach to use sports as a tool to motivate young people is interesting. They have formed various football teams, including with children, women and teenagers.

Over the years, Diana has worked in various departments of the Foundation - from Fundraising, to Communications, and currently she is dealing with Programmes, Project Funding and Volunteers.

Diana shares the view that people in the NGO sector need to have many different skills. And if they don't want to learn and improve those skills, things won't work out. Driven by the desire to improve herself, she became part of the second edition of the Initiative.
