The movie of the first training of the participants in the Initiative is already available. It features the most important segments of the three days training sessions for the first cohort of trainees. The traininh took part in mid-July and gathered representatives of civic organizations who want to improve their personal skills and enhance the organization they work for.
The film puts a major focus on the Design Thinking workshop, thanks to which the participants mastered practical skills to solve complex problems. The video includes more footage of the role-playing games and the practical assignments in which the future civic leaders participated. You can read more about the training here.

Over the next two years, the initiative will support participants in achieving the objectives they set for themselves and their organizations through four training modules. Apart from a theoretical part, the modules include practical work and assistance from a personal mentor.
