A new Webinar was held on November 10, 2020, as part of the Initiative's program. The theme of the edition was "Working with Mentors". During the Webinar it became clear that the participants of the Initiative will be able to work with mentors, experts on various topics related to working in NGOs. The young leaders will be able to ask their own questions and get valuable advice from prominent practitioners in the field of civic organizations.

The Program Director of Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) - Monika Pisankaneva, presented in brief 7 experts, specialists working as professional communicators, people with experience in NGOs and others, who have expressed interest in joining the program of the Initiative as mentors. These are.: Тeodora Bakardgieva, Biljana Gyaurova-Vegerdseder, Krasimira Velichkova, Lujbomiraa Kolcheva, Antoaneta Vaasileva, Pavel Kunchev, Yana Bjurier.

Participants may choose one of the above experts with whom to discuss issues relevant to their organisation. They will be able to consult on case studies concerning their current or future projects, as well as seek guidance on how to optimise the work process within the organisation they represent.

The training is part of the project "Initiative for Building the Future Generation of Civic Leaders" of the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF). The project is implemented with the financial support of the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria under the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA FM) 2014-2021, funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
