Can one person be a photographer, a soccer player, a coach of a youth soccer club, and the founder of a non-profit organization at the same time? It sounds too complicated and engaging to be achievable, but for Vladimir Yordanov from the town of Preslav, it's actually a way of life.

Vlado is a young and ambitious man with even more ambitious ideas for the future of his hometown. His example contrasts sharply with public perceptions that young people, especially in smaller towns, are doomed to apathy and inaction. He is one of the 60 young people who have gone through the training of the WCIF Initiative. He initially enrolled in the training as a representative of the football club. Later he founded his own NGO under the name "With a Thought for Preslav". It turns out that it was his participation in the Initiative that gave him the confidence he needed to take matters into his own hands and start pursuing and implementing his ideas related to the vision of his hometown.

You can learn more about Vlado and his organization in the video below.
