There is hardly a person who does not feel real satisfaction in feeling good and free at work. Stella Marinova, Director of Social Activities and Projects at the Social Teahouse is no exception.

There is hardly a person who does not feel real satisfaction in feeling good and free at work. Stella Marinova, Director of Social Activities and Projects at the Social Teahouse is no exception. With a huge smile on her face and visible gratitude, she doesn't hide her joy at being in the right place for her. Stella is one of 60 young people who have been through the " Initiative for building the next generation of civic organizations’ leaders ", a project involving young people to develop their knowledge and skills to work in the civic sector, through interactive trainings, opportunities for sharing and exchanging experiences, practical problem solving and mentoring by experts in the civic sector and creating a community of young leaders. Thanks to her participation in the Initiative, Stella was able to prioritize her leadership position at the Tea House, which is the first one on her personal resume.

How the Initiative helped a young woman to sort out and prioritize the working processes at an NGO in her head is the story that Stella relates in the video below.

The Project Initiative for building the next generation of civic leaders is implemented with the financial support of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway under the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria within the framework of the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area. The main objective of the project is accumulation of knowledge, skills and creating the conditions for transfer of experience to young leaders of civic organizations. The project is implemented by Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation.
