On February 2, 2022 / Wednesday / the first training webinar was held. The training is part of the program of Initiative 2. The topic of the first online training webinar was "Creating an NGO - mission and strategic goals, statutes, legal registration". The hosts of the meeting were Iliana Nikolova, Executive Director of the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation and Monika Pisankaneva, Program Director of the Foundation, who shared their valuable experience on the topic.
For some of the participants in Initiative 2, a non-governmental organization is to be established. A special task was set for them, namely to get acquainted with the Law, to consult a lawyer, and at the beginning of the next meeting to share whether they have chosen a form of establishment - Association or Foundation and whether they have considered funding.
The next training will take place in early March.
