The first training for the participants in the Initiative for building the next generation of civic leaders will take place in mid-July.
The training will last three days and in addition to giving participants the opportunity to get acquainted with each other and exchange experiences and ideas, it will work towards defining of personal and professional goals. Over the next two years, the Initiative will help participants to achieve their objectives through the planned training program in four modules.
The participants are selected after a preliminary competition and come from organizations with different profile: from human rights, through ecology and education to youth initiatives. All are united by the need to improve their knowledge and skills so as to contribute to the development of the organization for which they work and are part of.
