Chairman of the youth NGO "Young Researchers for Youth Development" (YRYD) is Valentin Kehayov, who is also a participant in the Initiative.
During the meeting, participants engaged in a brainstorming session to help them identify the key issues and needs of the organization. The focus was on the problem of the ever-changing environment within the organisation due to the dynamic change of its members and how to adapt more easily.
Another topic that received particular attention was the changes in digitalization. The importance of proper communication with internal and external audiences of the YRYD was also addressed.
It became clear from the meeting that the team of the Youth Centre - YRYD, Smolyan needs to find a way of self-organization that allows each new member to get a task of a different nature and to gain experience through their own participation, while they create knowledge for the next generation in the organization.
